Civic Beautification

A woman in a straw hat holds a vibrant bouquet of pink, orange, and white flowers, surrounded by greenery in a garden setting.

Civic Beautification

Our Beautification Committee plans, plants, and gardens at our civic beautification projects around Paradise. Currently we're doing ongoing work at the Butte County Library, the Foster Triangle (Skyway & Foster), and the Elliott Triangle (Skyway & Elliott).

Past projects have included areas in Bille Park and the Terry Ashe Recreation Center, the Ponderosa School, the Gold Nugget Museum, and Fire Station 1 on Birch St.

Come out and participate: you learn a lot, and the socialization makes it fun! We meet for a Civic Beautification Adventure one day a week, with usually a week off for good behavior. See our Calendar for dates.
